 MISSION STATEMENT "Our mission is to format the field data collection process, standardize the field notes and structure the communications methods, and submit to all customers as expeditiously as possible." OVERVIEW The DiECP Field System standardizes the collection, formatting, presentation and delivery of projects field data. This is accomplished by the strategic use of digital images and graphic design software combined into a Field Data File in a comprehensive, structured and cohesive format. This format can be rapidly compiled into complete Digital Image Engineering and Construction Prints (DiECP) that can be uploaded and e-mailed while on site for use by project engineers, as Field Notes for CAD print development ( AutoCAD or MicroStation) and project packaging. DiECP softcopies can be submitted to Federal, State and local government agencies during the permitting process to obtain verbal authorization or expedite normal permit processes. DiECP softcopies can be sent directly to construction contractors in situations where time is of the essence and the labor intensive CAD process needs to be bypassed.
